Typical Investment Parameters

Deal Size £250,000 to £5,000,000 (Sweet spot: £500,000 to £2,500,000).
Stage Any stage - including land, planning, development, stabilisation, or disposal.
Position Any part of the capital stack - senior, mezzanine, stretch senior, equity.
Tenure Up to 2 years (bridging, planning or repositioning), with potential extensions.
Security Legal and/or equitable charges, guarantees, share pledges, options and undertakings.
Speed Fast execution available for time-critical or complex deals.
