| Position | Any part of the capital stack - senior, mezzanine, stretch senior, equity. |
| Tenure | Up to 2 years (bridging, planning or repositioning), with potential extensions. |
| Security | Legal and/or equitable charges, guarantees, share pledges, options and undertakings. |
