Previously worked at a leading short-term bridging lender, managing a loan portfolio of over £800m across multiple UK real estate asset classes.

Experience includes asset valuation, credit analysis, transaction management and investor reporting, ensuring accurate workflows across all stakeholders.

Actively engages with developers, operators and borrowers to source lenders and equity partners, structure financing solutions and produce clear, investor-ready proposals.
